¨ Temporary Board

Under the Articles of Incorporation, the initial governance of the Foundation was performed by a temporary Board of Directors.  The members were selected and specified in the Articles.  This Board operated for 90 days from the Foundation's incorporation and managed the needed startup procedures.

During the 90 days, the ASM Student Council had the authority to appoint a full board, made up of five students and five alumni.

If the Council did not act within the 90 days, the temporary board would take office as the full Board.

This step has been completed.
