¨ Foundation History

Founded in 2006, the ASM Foundation, Inc. was created as part of an initiative from current students aimed at expanding student programs through a fundraising vehicle dedicated to ASM.  With the hopes of reducing the burden on segregated fees, increasing staff independence and expanding the services students receive, the Foundation launched and began startup operations.

Currently, the Foundation is going through an aggressive growth stage, and is filing appropriate documents to incorporate, solicit donations and obtain tax-exempt status.  This process is expected to take several months and should be completed by the end of the calendar year.
