As required by the Foundation Articles of Incorporation, the Board assigned its membership terms of office to stagger the reappointment of the Board. The results of the random assignments are as follows: • For 1-Year Student Director Terms: Ms. Klett and Ms. Peters • For 2-Year Student Director Terms: Mr. Aregbesola, Ms. Biese and Mr. Leonard • For 2-Year Non-student Director Terms: Mr. Romano and Mrs. Wavrunek • For 4-Year Non-student Director Terms: Mr. Evans, Mr. Pertl and Mr. Wavrunek All terms will expire on June 30th of their respective years. # # # | |||||
